Stephanie Lucas is an active member of the local chapter of the Greater Pensacola Society for Human Resource Management (GPSHRM) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) organization. She serves on the statewide Public Risk Management of Florida Group Health Trust Board of Directors and Property & Casualty Executive Board.
The Administrative Services Department is responsible for organizational programs and special projects as delegated by the City Manager’s Office. The department offers a full range of services to City personnel, applicants, and new hires. Those services include benefits management and enrollment, recruiting, staff orientation and training, onboarding of new personnel, and administering the City’s Drug-Free Workplace program. We strive to provide excellent customer service to City personnel to assure all needs are met in a manner that exceeds expectations.
