There will be no service on the following days due to Holidays. January 1st, May 25th, July 4th, November 26th, and December 25th. During holiday weeks, all service shifts one day for the rest of the week (Friday collections on Saturday)
Regular garbage collection for City residents will be once per week on the following schedule:
Monday for streets west of US Highway 98 and located within the Shoreline Drive and Fairpoint Drive loop.
Tuesday for streets west of US Highway 98 and located outside of the Shoreline Drive and Fairpoint Drive loop.
Thursday for all streets east of US Highway 98.
Yard waste pickup for all residents will be on Wednesdays.
Fridays are recycling pickup days. Recycling pickup is split into gray and blue zones based on address. Each address will have recycling pickup on alternating Fridays.
Gray Zone Recycling areas consist of areas east of Highpoint Drive, west of South Sunset Drive, west of Highway 399, south of Shoreline Drive, all areas between Fairpoint Drive and Shoreline Drive, Entrance Road, and Eventide Road.
All other areas will be Blue Zone Recycling.
Gray zone recycling will begin on Saturday January 4th (due to Holiday). Blue zone recycling will begin on Friday January 10th. Recycling collections will alternate each Friday from gray zone to blue zone.
