Contractor Residential Rate Form
Question: I’m a city resident. If I hire a contractor to haul my debris to the transfer station, does the contractor get charged the residential rate, or commercial rate?
Answer: City residents’ can complete our “Contractor Residential Rate Form” below and the contractor working for them will receive the residential rate.

Question: I’m a city resident. Can I find items at the transfer station for re-use, or purchase? “One person’s trash is another person’s treasure.”
Answer: The City has a no scavenging policy and this is not allowed.
Rates (Effective October 1, 2020)
$10 City residents – per truck load (5’x8’x3.5′)
$10 City residents – per trailer load (5’x8’x3.5′)
$20 City residents – per trailer load (6’x16’x3.5′)
$46 Santa Rosa County Residents (non city limits)- per truck load
$78 Commercial/Contractor and NON Santa Rosa County Residents- per pick up, truck bed load
*LARGER trucks & sizable loads will have additional fees.
*On Credit card transactions, there will be a convenience fee of $2 per transaction- up to $200: plus $3 for every $100 after that, with no proration.
