Mayor Pro Tem Tom Naile has been a member of the Gulf Breeze City Council since December 2016. His present term runs from December 2016 to December 2024. Seat B.
Tom Naile’s policy contributions stretch far beyond the city limits, as the Council’s appointee to the Gulf Breeze Regional Water System (GBRWS), Walton/Okaloosa/Santa Rosa Regional Utility Authority (RUA) Board, and Fairpoint Regional Utility System (FRUS). The City provides water, sewer and reclaim service to 15% of Santa Rosa County outside the city limits, which benefits affordability and cost-sharing here at home. As the Mayor Pro Tem appointee by the Mayor and Council, Tom Naile presides as mayor in the absence of the city’s chief elected official, Mayor Fitch.
